Kontoor Brands’ Summer Intern Program is packed with projects, networking socials, cross-functional learning, and the chance to connect with industry trailblazers like our Executive Leadership Team. Previous interns have taken on projects as subject matter experts and social architects to engineer solutions through social media, Go-To-Market strategies, and denim designs. Participants can also take advantage of opportunities to explore interests in Social Issues, Sustainability, Career Fairs, Community Outreach and more. This is a 10-week, full-time paid internship. Program Overview

10-week term
Full-time paid internship
Must be local or willing to relocate to Greensboro, NC

Find Your Fit at Kontoor if you are

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program at a College/University and able to receive a paid internship
Eligible to work in the US without restrictions
Have previously demonstrated leadership skills through school, extracurricular activities and/or community involvement
Exceptional at taking on challenges and using your particular set of skills to create solutions
A self-starter, ability to work with others in a team environment, with a passion for helping others
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)

Project Role: DTC Ecommerce Strategy Intern

The DTC Ecommerce Strategy Intern will support multiple brands by analyzing eCommerce trends, researching marketplace expansion opportunities, supporting active marketplace efforts, and evaluating AI-driven tools to enhance site performance, personalization, and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Working across multiple brands, this role will divide their time across three main initiatives:
Conduct Ecommerce Trend Analysis: Identify emerging trends in customer behavior, product performance (styles, colors, fits, trends), and promotional effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to optimize site merchandising and enhance engagement for customers and Rewards Program members.
Support Marketplace Expansion Strategy: Research and rank potential new marketplaces for product feed submission based on reach, ROI potential, and alignment with brand objectives. Help prioritize opportunities that drive incremental revenue and brand visibility. Support active projects. Support an active TikTok Shops pilot test across multiple brands.
Evaluate and assist with AI Tool Support: Review AI-driven tools for eCommerce optimization, assess recommendations, and support integration into workflows. Ensure the business leverages cutting-edge technology to improve personalization, efficiency, and decision-making

Skills for Success

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Digital or Traditional Merchandising, Digital Marketing or Analytics, Business Administration, Apparel Studies or related field.
Completed course work
Technical Skills (i.e. MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, etc.)
A desire to learn and report on new findings, insights and trends
