**E-Commerce Product and Data Assistant**

*Location**: Woodbridge, ON (Hwy 7 / Weston Road)
*Hours**: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Year-Round (8 AM - 5 PM)

*The Opportunity**:
*Key Responsibilities**:
Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
Identifying and evaluating potential new products to sell based on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis.
Creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.
Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.
Organizing and analyzing data to support inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
Assisting in the design and development of our Amazon storefront to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
Ensuring the storefront is regularly updated with new products, promotions, and engaging content.
Providing support in various e-commerce tasks as needed, including customer service, order processing, and inventory management.
*Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data entry.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
*Preferred Skills**:
Experience with SEO and digital marketing.
Knowledge of graphic design tools for product images.
Previous experience in a similar e-commerce role.
