• *The Opportunity**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
• Identifying and evaluating potential new products to sell based on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis.
• Creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
• Writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.
• Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.
• Organizing and analyzing data to support inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
• Assisting in the design and development of our Amazon storefront to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
• Ensuring the storefront is regularly updated with new products, promotions, and engaging content.
• Providing support in various e-commerce tasks as needed, including customer service, order processing, and inventory management.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data entry.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• *Preferred Skills**:
• Experience with SEO and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools for product images.
• Previous experience in a similar e-commerce role.
