**Recruitment Marketing Manager**

  • *What We’re Looking For.**
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content creation, community management, and storytelling techniques.
  • The ability to write instructional, informative and creative copy and to work with agency staff to create compelling accompanying graphics and video.
  • Thorough understanding of lifecycle marketing and how to move prospects down the funnel, mostly through digital media.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We’re a young company experiencing rapid growth, and that comes with lots of change and newness.
  • Jedi-level communication skills for crafting messages that sing.

  • *What You’ll Do**:
  • *Recruitment Marketing Strategy & Planning**
  • Develop a full recruitment marketing plan taht encompases all platforms as well as paid media. Managing this would include setting clear targets and budgets.
  • Build a site map for the careers section of the website, incorporating SEO best practices to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • *Platform & Vendor Management**
  • Establish a recruitment tech stack, including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Identify and manage platform partners and external vendors to optimize the recruitment process.
  • *Content & Social Media Strategy**
  • Build, execute and manage a content strategy to showcase the company’s employer brand across multiple channels.
  • *Event & PR Management**
  • Create and execute an event strategy to build brand awareness and attract talent through targeted events.
  • Develop a PR plan to support both ongoing campaigns and situational opportunities, ensuring consistent visibility in the market.
  • *Data & Insight Collection**
  • Collect and analyze performance data from various recruitment marketing channels. Use insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaigns, and ensure the best return on investment across all platforms.
  • *Relationship Development**
  • Build partnerships with schools, institutions, and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Develop content and resources for school programs that support career readiness and success.

Pay: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
