The Role at Xocial

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Operations Executive to support the execution of digital marketing activity and coordinate real-life brand and client events.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organisation, systems, and seeing ideas turn into action. We pride ourselves in providing top tier experience across multiple businesses that we own, and manage.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Operations

  • Day-to-day management and maintenance of:
  • Google Merchant Centre
  • Google Ads accounts (hygiene, checks, uploads)
  • Meta Business Manager
  • Product feed management and troubleshooting
  • Ad and campaign QA across multiple businesses
  • Supporting paid media and CRM execution
  • Ensuring platforms are clean, compliant, and running smoothly

Events & Growth Coordination

  • Organising and coordinating real-world events, including:
  • Pub and venue-based events
  • Client-hosted evenings
  • Talks, tastings, launches and brand activations
  • Liaising with venues, partners, and suppliers
  • Managing guest lists, bookings, and logistics
  • Supporting basic event promotion (email, socials, listings)
  • Post-event reporting and lead follow-up coordination

About You

You are

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with repetitive and process-driven work
  • Interested in marketing and growth, both digital and offline
  • Confident communicating with venues, clients, and suppliers
  • Proactive and reliable — you get things done without needing constant supervision

Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing or related roles with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams or projects effectively
  • IT skills relevant to marketing tools and platforms with a keen eye for analysis and optimisation opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
