E-commerce Data Entry Associate

We are looking for an **E-Commerce Associate Data entry **at White Cross Dispensary (Pharmacy) in Ottawa. In addition to having a physical store in downtown Ottawa, we sell a variety of products on our various e-commerce platforms.

The successful applicants will be responsible

• For creating, updating ( pictures, product info, SEO description, etc) as well as removing products (no longer available) from our e-commerce platforms.
• To access our e-commerce platform to perform the daily duties of e-commerce.
• To collaborate with our suppliers for products information, pictures, and promotional social media material to maximize sales
• Collaborate with Owner, Manager and Assistant Manager and our current E-commerce specialist to ensure new products is added and that our current inventory is always available on fast moving products.
• Work in a team with our E-commerce Marketing Associate to maximize customer’s online sales experience.
• To Order products via our POS system when needed
• To have the ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds

An E-commerce Associate must have Excellent Accuracy, Excellent customer service skills, Willingness to learn, a great attitude and most importantly Excellent computer skills

The goal is to increase our offering on our online platforms and ensure we ship exactly what the customer ordered. There is no room for mistakes.

This position is NOT in a warehouse. It is in a retail setting. Must have retail experience. This employment is a part-time employment—3 days per week, with possibilities of being a Full-time position in the future. It is currently a day position with working hours from 9 am to 4 pm during the week. Some night or weekends may be required, depending on the volume.
