Our client, a fast-growing digital agency renowned for its innovative campaigns, is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will leverage your expertise across SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics to craft integrated campaigns that achieve client objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a passion for analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies tailored to specific client goals and target audiences across various industries. Oversee and optimize paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Manage and grow organic search presence through comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives. Create and execute engaging social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms, including content strategy, community management, and paid social advertising. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and various ad platform dashboards. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Identify opportunities for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all digital channels. Contribute to new business development efforts by assisting in proposal creation and client presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Strong understanding of website analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly. Experience working in a remote, collaborative environment is essential. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
