Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in various digital channels to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Key responsibilities include
Developing and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking campaign performance against objectives. Utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness. Optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, continually testing and iterating on strategies. Managing the digital marketing budget and allocating resources effectively. Collaborating with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure cohesive and compelling marketing materials. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Developing and executing A/B testing strategies for landing pages, ad copy, and email campaigns. Providing strategic guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members. Crafting compelling ad copy and engaging social media content.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. Demonstrable success in driving measurable results across SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital marketing analytics platforms are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, are mandatory. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus. You should have a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the digital space and a passion for data-driven marketing. This is a remote-first role, offering significant flexibility.
