Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media platforms, email, and display networks. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO and SEM strategies. Create and curate engaging content for blog posts, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters. Manage and grow social media presence, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data. Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, web development, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact. Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), content marketing, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling marketing copy. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in a B2B or B2C environment, depending on industry focus.
