Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative social media strategies across all relevant platforms. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the US and be the voice of our brand online. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media audiences, driving engagement, and translating social media efforts into measurable business results. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media calendars, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals, managing daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and creating engaging written, visual, and video content. You will monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns. Measuring and reporting on the success of social media initiatives using analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, native platform analytics) will be a crucial part of this role. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting, as well as the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing management. Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies. Excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, basic graphic design, and video editing). Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing. Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
