A dynamic and rapidly growing online retailer is seeking a strategic and results-oriented E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their digital marketing initiatives from their hub in Austin, Texas, US . This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. The E-commerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive online sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a proven ability to analyze marketing data, and a passion for creating innovative campaigns. You will manage the marketing budget, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a creative mindset to stay ahead of industry trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, web development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a data-driven e-commerce marketing strategy to achieve sales and growth objectives. Manage and optimize paid search (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) campaigns to improve organic and paid visibility. Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community management, and paid social advertising. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Create and manage engaging content marketing strategies across various platforms. Build and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand reach and drive sales. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Collaborate with merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product strategies and promotions. Ensure a seamless and compelling customer journey across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for digital marketing. Strong understanding of customer behavior and online purchasing trends. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly desirable.
