We are looking for a full-time, results-oriented, Digital Marketing Specialist for our Digital Media Team based out of Calgary to help plan and execute PPC/SEM campaigns for our clients.

  • *About the Role**

This role involves the planning, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for clients, across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing etc. This role requires a strong desire to deliver results in the form of increased leads, sales, or qualified traffic, as well as an appetite for meeting and exceeding client goals. It’s a great opportunity for an analytically-minded person with a passion for KPI-driven marketing.

  • *What You’ll Be Doing**
  • Advise on digital advertising needs and develop advertising strategies.
  • Executing ad campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Advise on ad creative and/or write ad copy.
  • Ongoing account optimizations based on client goals.
  • Preparation of monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Work collaboratively with our Client Services, Marketing Intelligence and Offline Media teams.
  • Report on results to clients in a clear, professional and effective manner.
  • *What You’ll Need to Be Successful**
  • *Must Haves -**
  • 3+ years minimum of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns (the more experience, the better).
  • Day-to-day experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns is required. Other digital channels are a plus.
  • Familiarity with running E-commerce campaigns. Including experience with Google Merchant Centre and eCommerce websites such as Shopify and Magento.
  • Have valid Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • A bachelor's degree in business (marketing or other relevant field) is desirable.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets of all sizes is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Superior data analysis skills.
  • Strong Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English required at minimum), with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with marketing data sets.
  • Be entrepreneurial and have an eagerness to generate new approaches, spot opportunities, and initiate action.
  • Should be able to derive actionable insights data.
  • Have an openness to diverse ideas and perspectives.
  • Bring a “can-do” attitude and value teamwork.
  • Have the ability to build effective working relationships and quickly establish credibility in new areas of work.
