POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a unique role as basically it is two part-time roles in one full time position. Half your time will be day to day warehouse operations of picking/packing/receiving orders. The other half will be task/project work around website operations. Ultimately we are looking for someone who has the capability to do both and desires to own their role and responsibilities, learn from their mistakes, work hard and get a little better each day.

KEY WAREHOUSE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (Approx. 20 hours a week)

• Picking/packing/shipping activities to meet order fulfillment targets
• Receive inventory and enter the invoice data into our software system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Foster a positive work culture by encouraging teamwork, motivation, and adherence to company policies among warehouse staff.

KEY WEBSITE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES (Approx. 20 hours a week)

• Updating Shopify website pricing/inventory quantity
• Managing and updating Shopify website data
• Adding/updating products and website copy/images
• Removing discontinued items
• Scanning invoices into google drive

QUALIFICATIONS

Having a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a prerequisite for the role. Having experience and the below qualifications are important as well:

• The ability hustle and move with pace throughout the day
• Good with working with numbers (Constantly scanning 4 digit combinations) and remembering product names/locations
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all warehouse/website activities. We take pride in our accuracy.
• Curious how things work and always open to new ideas and ways of improving things

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
• Disciplined and self-motivated to work independently and on their own
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 50lb), standing/walking for extended periods, and climbing up step ladders for top shelf items
