Growth Manager

A company is looking for a Growth Manager to own the complete customer acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize paid acquisition channels, e-commerce platform, SEO strategy, and analytics

Drive customer growth metrics and improve site conversion rates

Implement AI tools for automation and efficiency in marketing processes

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in growth marketing or DTC e-commerce

Deep expertise in Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social (Meta)

Technical competence in Shopify (or similar), GA4, and SQL

Experience with CRO and A / B testing methodologies

Fluency in AI tools and methodologies for prototyping and automation
