Key Responsibilities

Refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for SMB in-home sales

Design and run experiments to enhance customer acquisition and activation

Analyze performance metrics and iterate on marketing strategies to drive growth

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or full-stack B2B SaaS marketing

Experience as an early marketing hire working closely with founders

Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools and HubSpot or similar CRMs

Proven track record of creating high-performing content across various channels

Strong analytical skills for A / B testing, funnel analysis, and KPI reporting
