Key Responsibilities

Manage seven-figure ad budgets across multiple channels

Build and execute A / B testing roadmaps for the e-commerce site

Optimize conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs

Required Qualifications

5-7 years in growth marketing or DTC e-commerce experience

Deep expertise in Paid Search (Google) and Paid Social (Meta)

Technical competence in Shopify (or similar), GA4, and SQL fluency

Proven experience in CRO and A / B testing methodology

Daily user of AI tools for prototyping and automation
