TikTok Content Manager & Brand Representative - Beauty Brand

Glowmedik, a fast-growing skincare brand with strong Amazon presence, is seeking a creative, sales-focused TikTok Manager to build our presence from scratch and serve as our official US business representative.

You'll have complete creative freedom to develop our TikTok strategy, create engaging content, manage creator partnerships, and help us launch TikTok Shop. Compensation includes base pay (to be discussed) plus aggressive performance bonuses tied directly to sales you help generate.​

You must be a US resident as you'll serve as our designated representative for TikTok Shop and business operations.​

Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

Help with Creation of TikTok videos featuring our products (Vitamin C Serum, retinol cream, new launches)​

Develop content strategy aligned with our colorful, fun, authentic brand vibe

Film demonstrations, routines, trend-based content, before/afters

Optimize captions, hashtags, and trending sounds​

Track analytics and focus on what drives traffic and conversions

Creator Partnerships

Recruit TikTok creators (10k-250k followers) through TikTok One platform​

Manage communications, samples, and campaign briefs​

Coordinate affiliate partnerships (we offer 30-40% creator commissions)

Track performance and identify top-converting partners

TikTok Shop

Serve as our representative for TikTok Shop activation

Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns​

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience creating TikTok content that drives real sales​

Experience with beauty/skincare content preferred​

Background in influencer outreach or creator partnerships​

Data-driven mindset focused on conversion, not vanity metrics

Entrepreneurial spirit - you want to build something and share in the success

Bonus: TikTok Shop experience, TikTok One familiarity, video editing skills, active TikTok presence in beauty/lifestyle
