Shopify Dropshipping E-commerce Manager (Conversions + Website + Ads) – Long Term

About the Project

We are running a Shopify dropshipping e-commerce store focused on women’s fashion.

The store is live and we already have initial sales, but we are looking to increase conversions and scale properly.

We are looking for one experienced person who can take ownership of everything related to conversions and the website, and understands how ads and the website work together.

This is a long-term role, not a one-off task.

Your Role

Your main goal is simple

Understand why visitors are not buying — and fix it.

You will be responsible for both analysis and execution.

Responsibilities

Analyze the full funnel

ads → product page → cart → checkout

Identify conversion blockers common in dropshipping stores

Make hands-on changes inside Shopify

product pages

homepage & structure

copy & UX

trust elements

checkout flow

Review Meta & Google Ads at a strategic level

ad → landing page alignment

messaging & angles

Suggest and implement improvements to

conversion rate

trust

overall user experience

Share weekly updates with clear actions and results

This is not a design-only role.

We need someone who can think, decide, and execute.

What We’re Looking For

You

Have proven experience with Shopify dropshipping

Understand conversion psychology

Know how to build trust quickly

Are comfortable working hands-on inside Shopify

Understand Meta & Google Ads well enough to diagnose funnel issues

Prefer long-term collaboration

Big plus

Fashion / apparel experience

CRO or analytics background

8–15 hours per week
