We are looking for an experienced PayPal Resolution Specialist to manage and resolve PayPal-related cases efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming PayPal case-related emails
  • Proactively contact customers to resolve issues before they escalate into disputes or claims
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and outbound messaging
  • Track case progress and ensure timely resolution
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and account health

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling PayPal disputes, cases, and limitations AND/OR customer service experience for preferably e-commerce dropshipping stores
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to resolve issues calmly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Familiarity with dispute prevention best practices is a plus
