Paid Media Manager (Meta + Google + Bing + Emerging Channels) — E-commerce | Multi-Brand

Overview
We own an e-commerce business selling highly giftable custom portrait/caricature products across multiple Shopify stores. We’re transitioning away from an agency model and need a hands-on, performance-obsessed contractor to own paid media execution across:
- Meta (FB/IG)
- Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMAX/YouTube as relevant)
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- New growth channels: TikTok Ads + Snapchat Ads (test-and-learn)
What success looks like (first 30–60 days)
- Improve efficiency (CPA/CAC down, ROAS/MER up)
- Launch a structured testing roadmap (creative, audiences, offers, landing pages)
- Stand up TikTok/Snap tests with clear hypotheses + kill/scale rules
Responsibilities
- Strategy + Execution (you do the work):
- Own day-to-day management of Meta, Google, and Microsoft Ads across multiple brands
- Campaign builds, restructuring, keyword/search query hygiene, budget pacing
- Creative testing plan + feedback loop to our creative team (what to make next + why)
- Launch and manage TikTok/Snap tests (audiences, creatives, landing pages, measurement)
Measurement + Tracking
- Ensure clean conversion tracking (Pixel/CAPI, GA4, GTM where needed)
- Diagnose attribution issues and use blended metrics appropriately
- Weekly performance reporting with insights + next actions
Optimization
- Improve account structure, reduce wasted spend, scale winners
- Manage product feeds for Shopping/PMAX (basic troubleshooting + coordination)
- Use experiments, incrementality mindset, and disciplined spend controls
Requirements (please only apply if you can cover these):
- Proven experience managing Meta + Google Ads for Shopify e-commerce
- Comfortable with Microsoft Ads (Bing) and expanding to TikTok/Snap
- Strong understanding of: CAC/CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV assumptions, AOV, funnel conversion rates
- Tracking fluency: Meta Pixel + CAPI basics, GA4, UTM discipline (you don’t need to be a developer, but you must know what “right” looks like)
- Clear communicator who can be direct, fast, and data-driven
Nice to have
- Experience with custom products / print-on-demand / giftable seasonal spikes
- Experience managing multiple brands/ad accounts without chaos
- Strong creative testing frameworks (angles, hooks, iterations)
Engagement & Budget
- Contract: Ongoing (month-to-month)
- Hours: ~10–20 hrs/week to start (will increase during peak periods)
