Meta Ads Audit Needed – Andromeda Framework Optimisation

We need a deep-dive review of our current setup to ensure our ads are optimised for Meta’s Andromeda framework. The audit must cover:

• Account Structure: Evaluate current campaign efficiency and "leaky buckets" in spend.
• Technical Health: Verify Meta Pixel/CAPI setup, event matching quality, and attribution settings.
• Creative Analysis: Review historical creative performance to identify baseline metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate) that will serve as benchmarks for our new testing cycle.
• Readiness Check: A specific assessment on whether the account structure can support our planned Concept - Hook - Offer testing matrix without excessive audience fragmentation.

Requirements

• Andromeda Framework Familiarity: You must understand the Andromeda framework and the technical requirements of isolating variables (Concepts/Hooks/Offers).
• Analytical Depth: You go beyond ROAS—you look at secondary metrics (Thumbstop rate, CPC, CPM) to diagnose account health.
