Book PR & Outreach Coordinator

I’m looking for a hands-on PR & outreach coordinator to support the launch of an independently published fiction book. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy or consultancy position.

The work will focus on targeted outreach, follow-ups, and tracking responses across podcasts, bloggers, and reviewers during the launch period.

Responsibilities

Pitch the book to relevant podcasts for interview opportunities

Conduct blogger and reviewer outreach aligned with the book’s genre

Support ARC coordination, including outreach, follow-ups, and status tracking

Manage follow-up communication to increase response rates

Track outreach activity, responses, and confirmed placements in a shared document

What I’m Looking For

Proven experience with podcast pitching, blogger outreach, or book PR

Strong written communication skills in English

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with explicit / adult fiction content

Able to execute clearly defined tasks independently

Deliverables

Outreach to a targeted list of podcasts, bloggers, and reviewers

Ongoing follow-ups during the campaign period

A clear tracker showing pitches sent, responses received, and outcomes

Project Details

Contract type: Fixed price

Duration: Short-term (6–8 weeks)

This project may be extended based on performance and fit
