• Working a minimum of 24.0 hours each week
• Must be available to work retail hours - days, nights, and weekends

• _Resolve customer issues, from billing & shipping issues to helping customers to navigate the website_
• _Maintain up-to-date customer information _
• _Research product information and website to stay informed and to assist in your customer interactions_

• _Provide wardrobe solutions by offering coordinating items or other wardrobe essentials_
• _Be a team player by looking out for your colleagues, and helping whenever you can_
• _Provide support to management & the customer service department _

• _Pays attention to detail - typo and other boo-boos make you crazy_
• _Juggles like a pro - multi-tasking is right up your alley._
• *And your qualifications include**
• Ideally 1 year in a similar role with selling experience
• Awesome organizational & interpersonal skills, especially phone etiquette
• *Job Type**: Seasonal

Contract length: 3-4 months
