Marketing and Leasing Coordinator

The Village at Bay Ridge in beautiful Traverse City, MI is looking for a dynamic, motivated person to join our team as a Community Relations/Leasing Agent.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

Education and experience relevant to working with senior housing. Prefer experience in related field (business administration, leasing, marketing, advertising, hospitality, etc.). This person must be a self-starter, reliable, high-energy and upbeat. A caring personal attitude is also necessary, as this position involves servicing senior prospects and residents. Innovative and creative thinking processes along with customer service skills, a willingness to communicate and work closely with others and to focus on the tasks at hand.

Full Time non-exempt Hourly (40 hours) position. Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M. with Saturday & Sunday’s and/or evening hours as necessary. Sufficient hours to assure that all aspects of the position are fulfilled. All overtime must be pre-approved by Supervisor and Corporate Office.

Assist the Community Manager by being a team member and working with all staff towards the achievement of goals as set forth by the Owners and Management Company.

Directly responsible under the supervision of the Community Manager, for leasing and marketing of the community, including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, leasing and resident marketing functions. Directly responsible for all outreach marketing, under the supervision of the IL Director of Operations, for the Campus, representing both the Independent and Assisted Living developments out in the community, as necessary.

Provide direct support to the Community Manager in all aspects of the property. Other administrative, leasing, life enrichment and marketing duties as instructed.

Criminal background check and reliable transportation required.
