About the Role & Organization

The Head of Client Strategy & Media is a leadership role responsible for evolving the agency from channel-led execution to holistic, growth-driven client partnership. This role will shape how the agency delivers digital marketing solutions, deepen client relationships, and build the leadership systems and capabilities needed for long-term scale.

This is a new and evolutionary role, designed for a leader who brings fresh thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to unite teams around integrated strategy, measurable ROI, and client growth. Success in this role will be defined by improved client retention, increased spend, energized teams, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do: You’ll report to the the VP of Operations & CEO in partnership to improve client retention and growth, and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team of 12, including Directors, Account Leads, Channel Specialists, Creatives, and Data Analysts.

Client Strategy & Growth: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans that align with client business objectives across all marketing channels and ensure they are pulled off without a hitch. Assessing account program effectiveness and presenting analytics that tells the story of why things are working and what can be done to improve outcomes.

Organizational & Operational Excellence: Wonderful opportunity to unify siloed teams to improve efficiencies and encourage all team members to contribute to client and organizational success.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience as a senior manager or director of client services within a digital agency with demonstrated ability to grow client marketing spend and retain clients.
  • Management and leadership experience within a digital or integrated agency environment.
  • Expertise in programmatic digital marketing using DSP tools such as Google DV360, Meta, The Trade Desk, and/or Amazon DSP.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media mix modeling, and cross-channel strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving client growth, retention, and satisfaction across a large client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling business recommendations.
