Job Summary

The Physio Store Inc. — a growing Canadian e-commerce retailer of physiotherapy, rehabilitation and wellness products — is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for all digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, SEO optimization, affiliate programs (AWIN and Amazon Associates), email automation with Klaviyo, and overall site performance on WordPress and WooCommerce.

This role is ideal for a resourceful, data-driven marketer who enjoys taking full ownership of strategy and execution — someone who can balance creative campaigns with technical SEO and analytics to help drive growth across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Google Shopping campaigns to increase traffic and ROI.
  • Oversee affiliate programs (AWIN & Amazon Associates) to expand online reach and sales.
  • Implement and manage Klaviyo email marketing automation and campaigns targeted to both clinics and consumers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content updates in WordPress/WooCommerce.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and update product listings and metadata to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI), and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in digital advertising, SEO, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or paid advertising.
  • Proven hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Klaviyo, SEO best practices, and affiliate platforms (AWIN / Amazon).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager for data tracking and performance analysis.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic site edits or troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and self-manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce sector is an asset.

Why Join Us

  • Direct collaboration with the CEO and leadership team — your ideas and strategies make an immediate impact.
  • Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement anywhere in Canada.
  • Opportunity to shape the marketing and growth strategy for a respected Canadian brand in rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities as the company expands.

How to Apply

Submit your resume and a short cover letter highlighting your experience with Google Ads, SEO, and e-commerce marketing. Include examples of campaigns, affiliate programs, or email flows you've managed (if available).
