**Membership & Marketing Coordinator**

The Oakville Club, established in 1907, is a multi-sport, social and family-oriented Members Club, tucked away on Sixteen Mile Creek, in the heart of downtown Oakville. The Club has become a primary source of community connections for our Members through camaraderie and lifelong friendships.

We are seeking a vibrant, creative and service-focused individual to oversee the membership & marketing functions of the Club. This individual has experience in customer service, sales & marketing, social media, and is computer savvy. The Membership & Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the administration team and reports to the Assistant General Manager.

  • *Responsibilities**:
  • New membership sales and responding to member and non-member inquiries, conducting Club tours
  • Maintaining database of membership information and changes, update and maintain membership waitlist
  • Be fully knowledgeable of Club By-laws, policies and procedures including fee structures and membership categories
  • Updating and preparing Membership Reports
  • Sending all Club Communications, updating website and posting on social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of Club brand, ensuring consistency
  • Assist with the development, planning and execution of member events
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Minimum three years marketing experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Canva
  • Experience with Jonas Software an asset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential
