We’re looking for a social media whizz with a deep love for TikTok, viral content, cultural trends, and short-form storytelling. Someone who not only understands what perform, but why it performs.
We’re growing quickly and want someone who can grow with us.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social content strategies across multiple brands
- Ideate, storyboard, and edit high-impact short-form videos
- Identify and capitalise on trends before they peak
- Optimise content for virality while staying true to brand voice
- Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and content performance
- Contribute ideas, experiment fearlessly, and help shape the creative direction
- Work closely with social media agency founders to refine social concepts and storytelling
🎬 What We’re Looking For
- A strong understanding of TikTok culture, trending formats, and why certain videos go viral
- Experience editing short-form content (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or TikTok native tools)
- A proven track record of growing accounts, building communities, or creating viral moments
- Fast, intuitive creative thinker with strong aesthetic taste
- Someone proactive, organised, and obsessed with making things perform
- Expert with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and cross-platform optimisation
- Can use Canva proficiently
