About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Campaign Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team within our PaySuite software division.

If you understand campaign strategies and customer marketing initiatives across diverse channels such as email, social media, and events, you could be the right fit!

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the PaySuite marketing team in setting up and creating marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing goals. Analyze performance data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the senior demand generation team and digital colleagues to deliver cohesive messaging and materials within set deadlines. Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, and other departments.
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaigns across divisions to manage frequency effectively and enhance customer experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and lead generation metrics.

Your Skills and Experience Should Include

  • Experience in executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, with strong copywriting skills.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools to improve marketing performance through content generation and personalized strategies.
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in a B2B setting, with strong reporting and performance analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and communication.
  • A marketing, business, or related degree is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Asana is an advantage but not essential.
