Marketing Manager, Brand & Digital

Role Summary

TCS Miami is seeking a highly capable, execution-focused Marketing Manager, Brand & Digital to implement, manage, and optimize the company’s marketing initiatives across digital channels, campaigns, sales support, and live events.

This role is designed for a strong operator—not a pure strategist. Core brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and high-level campaign strategy will be established in collaboration with executive leadership and third-party marketing agencies. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing those strategies, managing day-to-day campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring marketing efforts directly support investor acquisition and sales activity.

This position reports directly to the COO and works closely with sales leadership and external marketing partners.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Execution

  • Implement marketing strategies and messaging frameworks.
  • Manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, landing pages, and gated content.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across internal teams and external partners.
  • Create and manage multiple campaigns through HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report results tied to defined KPIs.

Brand & Messaging Management

  • Enforce brand standards, messaging consistency, and visual quality across all marketing assets.
  • Act as the internal point person for brand compliance once creative direction and messaging are locked in.
  • Ensure all materials reflect TCS Miami’s positioning as a premium, investor-focused real estate platform.

Digital & Social Media Operations

  • Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Execute posting schedules, content calendars, and campaign-driven social initiatives.
  • Coordinate with agency partners on content direction while handling in-house execution and publishing.

Creative Asset Production

  • Produce and manage marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools, including:
  • Social media graphics and video assets
  • Investor decks and sales presentations
  • One-pagers, brochures, and digital collateral
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure visual consistency across channels.

Website & Digital Asset Management

  • Manage website content updates, visuals, landing pages, and campaign-related assets.
  • Coordinate with developers or agency partners for updates and optimizations.
  • Ensure the website remains current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns.

Sales Enablement Support

  • Support the sales and investor relations teams with on-brand marketing and presentation materials.
  • Assist with property launches, inventory drops, and investor-facing campaigns.
  • Create customized or deal-specific assets as needed for high-value prospects and referral partners.

Event & Local Marketing Support

  • Support local events, investor meetings, and brand activations in the Miami market.
  • Manage event-related marketing assets including invitations, signage, presentations, and follow-up content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across both digital and in-person experiences.

Agency & Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as the internal liaison with the third-party marketing agency, managing their timeline and output
  • Create RFP's, SOW's and briefs for 3rd party agencies.
  • Translate strategy into execution-ready tasks and timelines.
  • Ensure agency outputs are implemented accurately and efficiently across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Comfort with execution not just strategy.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and live events preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Experience with AI marketing tools a plus.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Works cross-functionally with Sales, Investor Relations, and external marketing partners
  • Based in the TCS Miami offices (in-person typically 2-4 days a week)
