About The Role
Swish Breaks is hiring a Head of Growth & Marketing to own our full customer growth engine — acquisition, CRM, lifecycle, paid media, retention, and performance analytics. You will design the strategy, build the systems, and execute the campaigns that turn viewers into loyal buyers and buyers into repeat customers. This is a strategist–builder role for someone who loves data, experiments fast, and can translate insights into scalable growth. You'll partner closely with Swish's Brand & Content team and report directly to the COO to drive measurable customer and revenue outcomes across all channels.
Responsibilities
You will:
  • Own Swish's growth strategy across acquisition, retention, paid media, lifecycle, and community-driven channels
  • Build and optimize CRM systems including segmentation, triggers, journeys, and repeat-purchase funnels
  • Lead paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — budgets, targeting, creative testing, and CAC performance
  • Run full-funnel campaigns with clear goals, channel plans, and measurable lifts in traffic, conversion, and retention
  • Partner with Brand & Content on briefs, messaging, and creative that drives performance
  • Collaborate with VIP Experience team to enable data-driven segmentation, upgrade paths, and targeted offers
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team across CRM, paid, and analytics
Experience & Qualifications
You have:
  • 8–12+ years in growth, CRM, lifecycle, or performance marketing within high-growth consumer or marketplace environments
  • 3-5+ years leading high performing teams
  • Proven strategist + builder who can design systems and execute campaigns hands-on
  • Strong CRM expertise across segmentation, behavioral triggers, automation, and multi-channel lifecycle flows
  • Paid media experience running Meta/TikTok/YouTube with clear CAC and performance responsibility
  • Deep analytical skills in funnel analysis, cohort insights, attribution, and CAC/LTV modeling; SQL a plus
  • AI-literate, using automation and intelligent workflows to accelerate execution

Compensation Range: $150K - $175K
