Transformation Change Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Transformation Change Leader to lead and manage the Operating Model and Organizational Design change for a key client or a suite of services.

• The role will partner directly with the SVP Client Lead to design and execute the strategic roadmap covering all aspects of the CORE Strategy (CORE: Client, Operations, Risk, and Employee) and end-to-end transformation required.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and change initiatives required to both stabilize and transform the client to the target operating model.
