Pro Perform Internship Content Creation, Digital Marketing & Online Sales Support

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to support our growing digital presence across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and our website with our Pro Perform brand. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sport, performance, storytelling, and digital marketing. You’ll help create engaging content that showcases Pro Perform products, drives brand awareness, and contributes directly to online sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

· Plan, script, film, and edit compelling content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

· Produce product-focused videos, reels, coaching masterclasses, customer spotlights and behind-the-scenes content.

· Capture and edit still imagery for marketing and website use.

· Assist with content scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.

· Review platform analytics and help shape future content strategy based on performance data.

Digital Product Promotion

· Create content that highlights Pro Perform digital and physical products to drive conversions.

· Assist with developing product launch materials, promotional campaigns, and limited-time offer content.

· Support the creation of product explainers and customer case studies to improve buyer understanding.

Website Content Support

· Update product pages with images, videos, and improved descriptions.

· Support the creation of blog articles or landing pages focused on educating customers and improving SEO.

· Ensure brand consistency across website visuals and messaging.

Online Sales Process Support

· Assist with monitoring and managing online orders through the website platform.

· Help ensure product listings, prices, stock levels, and promotional codes are accurate and up to date.

· Support processing steps such as confirming orders, organising dispatch information, or liaising with the team to fulfil customer needs.

· Respond to basic customer enquiries related to orders, product details, or website navigation (under supervision).

· Track common customer questions and provide feedback to improve the online sales experience.

Brand & Marketing Support

· Maintain a strong understanding of Pro Perform’s brand and positioning.

· Research trends in sports performance, digital content, and e-commerce.

· Support additional marketing tasks such as email campaigns, basic graphic design, or customer engagement.
