Digital Graphic Designer (UX/UI, Web, and Marketing)

Hi, we’re Speks, a Brooklyn based product design company creating premium, playful sensory products for adults. We’re growing fast and looking for a digital first designer to help shape how our brand shows up online, from our website to campaigns, launches, and marketing channels.

We’re currently seeking an experienced, full time Digital Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring the Speks visual story to life across web, ecommerce, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

Web and UX/UI design

Design and evolve website layouts, landing pages, and on site experiences with a strong eye for usability, conversion, and brand consistency.

Shopify design and support

Support ongoing Shopify updates, including product pages, collections, content modules, and site refreshes.

Email and paid media collaboration

Design and adapt visual assets for email and paid advertising using provided creative direction and assets, working closely with our retention and media agency partners.

Digital marketing assets

Create and version creative for campaigns across email, paid media, and social while ensuring consistency across channels.

Photo content creation

Capture and create photo content for digital use, including product imagery, lifestyle content, and quick turn marketing needs.

Asset management

Organize, maintain, and manage digital design assets, templates, and files to ensure easy access, consistency, and scalability across teams and partners.

Brand consistency

Maintain and help evolve digital brand guidelines to ensure everything looks and feels unmistakably Speks.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of digital design experience, ideally with DTC or ecommerce brands
• Strong UX and UI instincts and understanding of user centered design
• Experience working in Shopify environments
• Experience collaborating with external agencies for email and paid media
• Strong skills in photo creation, editing, and asset prep for digital channels
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Figma experience strongly preferred
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Highly organized with strong asset management habits
• Motion, animation, or light video skills are a plus
