We're partnering with a national healthcare and retail organization seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens customer loyalty, and elevates the brand's position in the marketplace.

As a key member of the executive team, the CMO will oversee performance marketing, creative services, and consumer communications across all channels — driving scalable marketing operations that balance short-term performance with long-term brand equity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the customer journey and drive personalization, retention, and reactivation through engagement strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing including paid media, SEO, CRM, social, website, creative, and in-store experiences.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs, accountability, and development goals.
  • Integrate data and analytics to optimize performance, resource allocation, and ROI.
  • Serve as the brand guardian — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and elevating the customer experience.
  • Partner closely with field operations, merchandising, and business leaders to align marketing strategy with growth objectives.
  • Represent the brand externally as a thought leader in the healthcare and retail space.


Qualifications

  • 20+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 15+ years in senior leadership
  • Proven success leading customer acquisition, brand, digital, and growth marketing in a multi-location or consumer services business
  • Track record of driving measurable ROI through data-driven decision-making
  • Background in healthcare, retail, or consumer services strongly preferred
  • Experienced people leader with the ability to motivate and scale diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Skilled communicator with strong executive presence
  • Proficiency with modern marketing technology stacks, CRM/loyalty tools, and performance dashboards


Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
