Digital Marketing Analyst

Location: Remote is available for the right candidate. We strongly prefer someone based in the St. Louis region for monthly (1x per month) in-person collaboration at our Fairview Heights office. Candidates who prefer to work primarily in-office are welcome as well.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for consolidating and analyzing marketing and sales data across multiple platforms, vendors, and locations to provide clear, actionable reporting to the VP of Marketing and leadership team. This role serves as the central hub for performance insights, connecting digital marketing efforts to real business outcomes at the location level.

This position is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys working with complex datasets, multiple vendors, and fast-growing brands—and who can turn messy data into confident decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Reporting & Location-Level Insights

  • Provide regular reporting and performance summaries to the VP of Marketing on marketing programs and promotions by location.
  • Analyze results at both the corporate and individual location level to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that support strategic decisions.

Data Aggregation & Analysis

  • Compile and normalize data from multiple sources, including:
  • Website analytics (GA4)
  • Point-of-sale data from Roller
  • Digital agency reporting and media spend
  • Paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Email and SMS marketing platforms
  • Reconcile discrepancies between platforms and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Build reporting frameworks that align marketing performance with revenue and bookings.

Program & Promotion Performance

  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns by location.
  • Measure impact on ticket sales, party bookings, group events, and overall revenue.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and insights to inform future planning and optimization.

Vendor & Agency Reporting Management

  • Work closely with multiple agencies and vendors, each with their own reporting methodologies.
  • Evaluate and interpret third-party reports, pulling key insights into a unified view.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies in vendor reporting and flag opportunities for improvement.

Dashboards, Tools & Data Integrity

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that combine marketing and sales data.
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms, tagging, and attribution models.
  • Document reporting processes and standards to support scalability as the company grows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with paid media, social, email/SMS, web, and operations teams to align data with execution.
  • Support field marketing and location leadership with performance insights as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis related to new locations, promotions, or leadership requests.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with multiple data sources and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • GA4 and website analytics
  • POS or transactional data (Roller experience a plus)
  • Paid media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Email/SMS performance reporting
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; dashboard experience (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and executive-ready reporting.
  • Experience in multi-location, franchise, retail, hospitality, or entertainment environments preferred.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
