Digital Business Transformation Lead

As a Digital Business Transformation Lead at Siemens, you will drive revenue growth, create compelling value propositions, lead go-to-market strategies, identify new business opportunities, enable sales success, optimize the customer journey, measure business impact, and build strategic partnerships.
- Drive Revenue Growth - Develop and execute strategies to monetize our digital platforms and expand our market share.
- Create Compelling Value Propositions - Articulate the business benefits of SiePortal and Xcelerator to different customer segments.
- Lead Go-to-Market Strategy - Design and implement commercial approaches that maximize platform adoption and revenue potential.
- Identify New Business Opportunities - Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover untapped revenue streams.
- Enable Sales Success - Equip our sales teams with the tools, training, and messaging to effectively sell our digital solutions.
- Optimize the Customer Journey - Remove friction from the buying process to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Measure Business Impact - Establish KPIs and track performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and inform strategic decisions.
- Build Strategic Partnerships - Develop relationships with key stakeholders to amplify our market reach and impact.
