About Us

We’re a fast-growing ecommerce company trading through two B2C Shopify sites- The Kid Collective, and Scandibørn. After years of working with external agencies, we’re bringing our digital marketing in-house, and we’re looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own, optimise, and scale all paid performance channels.

If you thrive working in a small, passionate and dedicated team and get genuinely excited by data, optimising and driving profitable growth, this role is for you.

The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of our paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing. You’ll manage budgets, performance, tracking, and reporting to drive profitable growth and support our ambitious scaling plans.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and deep optimisation work.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and affiliates.
  • Take full accountability for paid media budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance.
  • Transition all paid activity from agency management to internal ownership, establishing best-practice workflows, reporting, and processes.
  • Drive growth while maintaining efficiency, focusing on ROAS, CPA, MER, and new customer acquisition.
  • Oversee feed management and ensure product data is accurate and optimised.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, E-commerce, and marketing teams to deliver aligned campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities across channels, audiences, and formats to scale results.
  • Manage affiliate partnerships, optimise commission structures, and grow program revenue.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in paid media performance marketing in B2C e-commerce.
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets profitably across Google and Meta.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of performance metrics and attribution.
  • Experience running or overseeing affiliate programs.
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end - planning, setup, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify (or similar).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and excited to build an in-house function from scratch.
  • Passion for the kids/family market is a bonus.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a key role in shaping our in-house digital capability from day one.
  • Have direct ownership and autonomy in a fast-growing brand.
  • Work on products that parents trust and kids adore.
  • A creative, supportive team that loves what they do.
