**_E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist and/or Manager _**

As an e-commerce specialist, you are an expert in online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty. You execute ad campaigns on search engines and other websites and research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies. As a website optimization expert, your other duties include managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business, working with co-workers to collect necessary content to use for each product or service offering, and ensuring that the brand message and goals align with the rest of the company. You keep a promotions calendar, track all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyze data, and use your findings to improve your strategies.

  • *_Task & Responsibilities _**
  • Develop & implement marketing & promotional strategies:
  • Define the e-Commerce calendar activities in conjunction with Marketing (launch / promotion / campaigns)
  • Trade marketing Support : Evaluate promotional opportunities, prepare promotions with logistics, configure promotions and develop marketing collateral
  • Update & Optimize website structure
  • Responsible for implementing new website features & conversion enablers
  • Responsible for creating and updating all website content (product pages, landing pages, web banners, homepage)
  • Develop & optimize acquisition campaigns on multiple digital channels
  • Build & implement the acquisition strategies (Social Media / SEM retargeting)
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with media agencies
  • Implement AB testing strategy to identify key acquisition drivers.
  • Monitor & develop the Rudsak database
  • Responsible for developing consumer journeys per client audience
  • Responsible of performances analyses & tracking
  • Track and measure the site and business performance to improve the KPIs (e.g. frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile, tablet).
  • Analyze performance of channels, campaigns and programs on a weekly and monthly basis and consistently adjust strategy and execution to improve metric
  • Lead product merchandising across the site, including the home page, landing pages, and product catalog; responsible for visually merchandising key pages on the site.
  • Help to further implement SEO strategies using auditing tools to make copy/alt-text recommendations
  • Possess 3+ year e-commerce experience working with Shopify platform preferably
  • Are bilingual (English and French, oral and written)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with experience in digital reporting, tracking and analytics
  • Have the ability to take ownership of a project, prioritize effectively and drive the project through to completion
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to successfully work either independently and co-operatively
