Digital Platform Project Leader - Ticketing & E-Commerce

Join a leading European entertainment group as we embark on a transformative journey to enhance our digital ticketing platforms. We are on the lookout for a Project Manager who will spearhead the feasibility study and oversee the full delivery of a comprehensive platform modernization programme.

This is a high-profile, strategic position involving collaboration with senior executives across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the feasibility phase, defining scope, technical architecture, integrations, timelines, and budgets while providing board-ready plans.
• Drive the execution of the full programme, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing suppliers, overseeing RFPs, and ensuring successful platform development.
• Manage integrations related to CRM, payments, marketing, and security, along with QA and delivery governance.

What We’re Seeking

• Extensive experience in managing transactional digital platforms (ticketing, e-commerce, or order-to-cash) is required.
• Demonstrated success in delivering customer-facing digital services.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, real-time inventory, secure payments, and UX principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and open-source platforms.
• Willingness to travel to Nottingham and London as needed.

Desirable Qualifications

• Background in live entertainment, music, events, or ticketing.
• German language skills would be a plus.
