• *Job Description**:
• *The opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, Online Operations, the Analyst supports the E-Commerce department. He/She develops and modifies processes, assures that all issues are fixed efficiently and monitors systems.

• *Responsibilities**:
• Develops and modifies, the best-practice processes to support the E-Commerce business under the direction of the E-Commerce Operations Manager;
• Collaborate with and support E-commerce business system users to investigate issues, assessing the impact and expediting resolutions:
• Researching issues, developing and presenting recommendations for improvement;
• Determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data;
• Takes high level requests and breaks them down into details, identifying the impact to other systems and processes, and enabling IT or 3rd parties to complete projects or “fixes” efficiently, effectively and “bug free”;
• Verification of integrations and service levels for order capture, payment and order fulfillment processes;
• Monitors performance of the websites and their administrative systems.
• *Qualifications**:
• *Requirements**:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science or related field;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the retail industry or have been actively involved in software/system implementations;
• Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud or other e-commerce platform providers, order management systems, payment systems, MarketPlace and order fulfillment would be an asset;
• Understanding of software development cycle including testing and QA, and build & release processes;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Bilingualism required (French and English - written and spoken).
