About the Position This role requires in-person work based in Kansas City, Missouri, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities Assisting with live stenographic depositions/sessions, including:

Recording on the Prevail platform

Deposition read-on and swearing in witnesses

Marking and maintaining exhibits

Monitoring and managing sessions

Providing technical or administrative assistance as needed

Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Current Notary License for Missouri

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with video conferencing and database platforms

Proficiency in Google Workspaces and Microsoft Office

Understanding of Missouri legal processes and basic national legal knowledge

Webcam, headset, and computer are required

Compensation Range The hourly pay range is $20-$25, depending on location, experience, and skills.
