Wholesale is a major growth driver for us, and this leader will play a critical role in fueling revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and integrating wholesale with our digital, loyalty, and app programs to create a seamless customer experience.

The Role

The Sr. Director, Marketing will set the strategic vision and lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing programs across Pressed’s expanding wholesale channels. This leader will serve as the key connector ensuring Pressed is represented with excellence across all partner environments, while also integrating wholesale efforts with digital, loyalty, and app programs to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role requires both strategic acumen and operational rigor, driving scalable programs that strengthen brand equity, and fuel sustained revenue growth - all while embodying Pressed’s values of Community, Passion, and Growth.

Responsibilities Include

Strategic Partner & Channel Marketing

  • Build scalable marketing programs, partner toolkits, and co-branded initiatives that elevate Pressed’s visibility across wholesalel channels.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for wholesale marketing and ensuring alignment with Pressed’s brand and business objectives.

Campaign Development & Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Creative, and Brand leadership to shape integrated seasonal campaigns and product pushes across wholesale accounts.
  • Oversee campaign development end-to-end: briefing, creative alignment, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Lead the strategic marketing approach for product launches, limited-time offers, and partner activations, ensuring clear sell-in and impactful sell-through.

Retail Marketing & Merchandising Excellence

  • Establish best-in-class merchandising standards across wholesale placements.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail to ensure flawless execution and create scalable systems for monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Build a reporting framework to measure wholesale marketing effectiveness—tracking KPIs such as sales lift, velocity, awareness, and ROI. Provide updates on a clear cadence to ensure transparency and alignment with leadership expectations.
  • Use insights and partner feedback to refine strategies, optimize spend, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Present regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing broader brand and channel decisions.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class wholesale marketing.
  • Partner closely with executives across Brand, Growth, Creative, Sales, and Operations to align wholesale marketing strategy with Pressed’s overall business objectives.
  • Champion collaboration and accountability, ensuring wholesale marketing is positioned as a driver of company growth.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading wholesale, partner, or channel marketing in CPG, beverage, or retail.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable revenue growth across wholesale or off-premise channels.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to balance vision with executional excellence.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including digital ordering platforms, e-commerce, and local activations.
  • Strong analytical acumen with experience leveraging data to drive strategy and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days per week) in our Culver City office.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
