About the Role

The Marcomms team is looking for a proactive Digital Content Marketing Specialist to enhance brand awareness and drive a robust pipeline for our sales teams. This role will shape Medlive's content strategy through high-impact content creation and management across our website, blog, and LinkedIn channels, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice. The ideal candidate will optimize content for SEO, utilize analytics tools like Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to track performance, and collaborate across teams to enhance audience engagement. Additional responsibilities will include expanding content reach through strategic partnerships and positioning Medlive executives as thought leaders in digital healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and manage long-form content for Medlive's website, blog, and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent messaging tone and brand voice.
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media, Design, and Audience teams to align content distribution and optimize engagement across platforms.
  • Follow SEO best practices, utilizing keyword research and analytics to enhance visibility and organic reach.
  • Leverage Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics to monitor engagement, website traffic, and lead conversions, refining strategies based on insights.
  • Drive audience growth through earned media partnerships, influencer outreach, guest posting, and content syndication.
  • Engage with industry communities and stakeholders to position Medlive executives as experts in digital healthcare technology.
  • Stay updated on trends in digital healthcare education to inform strategy and maintain relevance.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing, preferably within medical education, health tech, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities to simplify complex topics into audience-focused content.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Salesforce/Pardot and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and executing multi-channel content marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships to drive initiatives forward.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with task management tools like ASANA.
