Channel Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through partners.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales and Account Executives to identify key opportunities and align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Manage partner enablement programs, including training, content, and tools to support sales efforts.
  • Create co-branded marketing collateral, demand-generation campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives targeting partners' customers.
  • Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external channel partners to ensure alignment and program success.
  • Support partner events, webinars, and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales models, partner ecosystems, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and social media channels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase).
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex sales environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
