Growth Marketing Expert

Are you driven by a passion for growth in the life sciences sector? We are seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Expert to join our Marketing team and help accelerate the adoption of our innovative eClinical technology solutions.

In this role, you will act as a key link between our marketing efforts and the commercial sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify incoming leads from pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and CROs, nurturing these leads with valuable industry insights and preparing them for transition to our Business Development team. Your contributions will significantly influence our return on investment and pipeline expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Quickly engage and qualify inbound leads generated from webinars, white papers, conferences, and digital marketing campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls to evaluate lead fit and collaborate effectively with Business Development teams.
Work alongside Marketing and Product teams to enhance campaigns and content.
Ensure precise CRM record-keeping and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Computer Science.
Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in Clinical Research or the Life Sciences sector.
Familiarity with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce, and experience using marketing automation tools.
Exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and effective time management abilities.
