Oracle is seeking an innovative Product Marketing Director to drive content strategy and execution for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This pivotal role, within our product marketing team, requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of enterprise applications and B2B SaaS, capable of translating complex product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You will be instrumental in defining the product content roadmap, overseeing product content creation, and marketing efforts that articulate the value of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

+ Develop and execute a product content marketing strategy aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.
+ Create highly relevant and impactful content that addresses customer pain points and highlights competitive differentiation.
+ Collaborate with digital marketing channels, including search, social media, email marketing, and paid media.
+ Work with sales operations to deliver impactful content that fuels sales automation and optimizes the buyer's journey.
+ Lead content initiatives for a global audience, coordinating with international teams to ensure content resonates in regional markets.
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content effectiveness, track and optimize content performance.
+ Develop and deliver persuasive presentations articulating product value propositions, and market insights.
- *Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, product marketing, or a similar role.
+ Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies in a complex, international environment.
+ Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content formats for B2B audiences.
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales automation.
+ Proficiency in fundamental Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and the ability to explain AI benefits in business terms.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
+ Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
+ Fluency in English (written and spoken).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,700 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
