Growth Marketing Lead Role

Architect, own, and optimize the full marketing funnel from first touch to intro call as a Growth Marketing Lead at Oceans. Turn the marketing ecosystem into a predictable, measurable, and efficient pipeline by working across channels, teams, and platforms to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the growth funnel from awareness to MQL to SQL to intake.
  • Improve conversion rates across the website, landing pages, and intake through CRO, UX improvements, and automation.
  • Create and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, test new channels and audiences using disciplined experimentation and ROI analysis, and oversee website strategy including pages, lead magnets, CTAs, and landing pages.

Requirements

  • 47 years in B2B growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
  • Expertise with HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Proven track record reducing CAC and scaling demand with measurable ROI.
