  • *ROLE**:

Use your project management and marketing expertise to support the execution of integrated website design and marketing campaigns. In this client-facing project management role, you will provide accountability on digital agency projects for employees, vendors, and agency clients by following up on projects, managing expectations, coordinating and recording meeting minutes, and ensuring projects are completed within the timeline, scope, and budget allotted. If project delays or stoppages are anticipated, this individual will implement processes and prepare contingencies to complete their tasks, figure out what’s holding up projects, and ensure that clients’ goals and project scope requirements are met.

This individual will be detail-oriented and task-focused to keep projects on time, budget, and scope and ensure all clients are happy.

  • *Duties**:
  • Coordinate and oversee digital projects and lead a cross-functional team involving internal staff, designers, coding team, and external vendors.
  • Conduct and manage project kickoff meetings, gathering the required information, and daily status and accountability meetings
  • Form strong working relationships with team members in all departments throughout the organization to complete projects on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Develop and maintain solid client relationships including communication with clients, partners, and outside agencies regarding project details, budget, expectations, deliverables, and timelines including pro-actively providing concepts to clients, obtaining feedback, and translating that feedback for the project team.
  • Possess strong digital project management skills, being well organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Communicate with the agency's production team and clients on project status, updates, etc.
  • Assign tasks, goals, and timelines on new tasks or project requests to appropriate resources based on digital expertise, timeline, and deliverables requested.
  • Prepare meeting agendas before all client calls with all action items that were supposed to be completed and all notes from previous meetings ready to go prior to the meeting or recurring meeting before it happens. On average we meet with our clients weekly or bi-monthly.
  • Manage projects: set up projects on internal systems, set client expectations, assign and set task priorities, establish a timeline, etc; ensure all projects are delivered on time or before deadlines and produce great projects and happy clients.
  • Ability to work as a technical lead that provides a level of effort, timelines, expectation levels, etc
  • Review Google Analytics to gain awareness of asset performance
  • Analyze and create reports to track progress, issues, bottlenecks, insufficiencies, etc.
  • Continually look for ways to improve processes and use of available design and marketing projects
  • Use business acumen and knowledge of website design and marketing processes and best practices to ensure high-quality output
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details
  • Coordinate and oversee digital projects and lead a cross-functional team involving internal staff, writers, marketers, designers, coding team, and external vendors.
  • *Required Skills/Qualifications**:
  • 3+ years of digital project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
