Position: VP of E-commerce

Position Overview

The VP of E-Commerce will own the full digital revenue ecosystem, responsible for scaling NIRA’s online sales, optimizing the customer journey, and elevating our brand across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities -

Brand Strategy

  • Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s brand and growth strategy.
  • Support strategic initiatives with market insights, benchmarking, and best practices.
  • Determine and manage internal vs. external marketing resources.

E-Commerce Leadership

  • Lead all aspects of the e-commerce business, including UX/UI, testing, and merchandising.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-performing customer journey.

Product Marketing

  • Shape and execute brand and product positioning across digital channels.
  • Oversee social, PR, content, and customer insights.

CRM & Retention

  • Own email, SMS, and loyalty programs to strengthen lifetime value.
  • Develop CRM strategies to deepen engagement.

Customer Acquisition

  • Manage paid media, affiliates, influencers, SEO, display, and remarketing.
  • Build scalable, ROI-driven acquisition programs.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Lead performance analytics and data-driven funnel optimization.

Creative Management

  • Oversee designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand standards.

Website & Platform Oversight

  • Manage daily e-commerce platform performance, speed, and stability.

Product & Operations Integration

  • Partner with product and fulfillment teams for accurate inventory and launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, design, tech, and operations on campaigns and site updates.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage agencies, platform providers, payment processors, and logistics partners.

Market Awareness

  • Stay current on e-commerce trends and beauty/wellness industry shifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer tech preferred.
  • Expertise with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in scaling teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-focused mindset.

Work Location

The role is based in Derry, NH. Minimum 3 in-office days per week (Mon–Thu), with flexibility to increase to 5 days as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
